This was the contest: we will be giving away a personally inscribed autographed photo of charlie like the one above, plus an exclusive full size color photograph like the one above of our friend Laura Creamer that will also be personally signed and dedicated and a personally autographed and dedicated copy of her CD "West of Detroit." We have a lot of samples of Laura's music on our website behind quicktime photo movies and you can also visit laura's official website if you win, you can choose who you want the items dedicated to. just fill out all of the information below, and remember, only one entry per person, all entries must be submitted by saturday, 22 october, 2005, you have to completely fill out every part of the form or you will be disqualified. if you are under 18 make sure a parent or guardian says it's ok to enter. beause we will check if you win. we will print out all of the entries, and then randomly pick one of them to win. the winner will be notified by email and will have to provide proper mailing information at that time. please make sure you set your spam and spam filter controls to receive email from our domain, especially if you are using a hotmail or aol account. duplicates and incomplete forms will be thrown out. last time at least half of the entries were incomplete and/or submitted more than once. they were disqualified, so make sure you only enter once.

PLEASE NOTE: we do not provide these opportunites to win autographed items on the website so that they can then be sold on ebay for profit by the winner. anyone who has won an autographed item on the website, and then sells it on ebay or another site, and we are made aware of it like one of the recent winners in our kindness contest that chose to sell the photo of charlie that she won in the contest that was personally inscribed and dedicated to her by charlie, and someone, much to our amazement, bought it, on ebay, will automatically disqualify them from ever winning anything on the website ever again.
